What kind of newsletter is this and why did I start it for?

Hi, I’m Yuma Ueno from Japan.

I have developed various services in Japan so far.

  • Staaka: a online school for AI data science > $5k/m

  • Udemy: 40k Students > $5k/m

  • Stabiz: AI Data Science Youtube, 40k Subscribers > $0.4k/m

  • Stabiz: AI data science media > $1k/m

  • Yomeru: a book review platform > $2k/m

  • Filmatch: a film review platform > $0.1k/m

  • Boardgamebuddy: a board game media > $0.1k/m

  • Umbro: a media for outdoor activities > $0.2k/m

  • lots of failed services.

However, I thought that I wanted to launch the services not only in the Japanese local market but also in the world!

So, that’s why I moved to Georgia this year and have taken on the challenge of launching 12 services over 12 months.

I will create several services not only for Japan but also for overseas.

Recently, I’ve developed “Books-explorer“ for global.

Books-explorer will help you find a special book from a vast amount of information.

And also, this year, I have started to post my knowledge and insights on Twitter in English.

So, I thought about what I could offer as a Japanese person, and as a result, I decided to start a newsletter that provides information on services and products that are popular in Japan.

In this newsletter, I will introduce one Japanese service every Monday.

I hope this newsletter inspires you to come up with a new service.
